like i really wanted children of the muses, or of minor underworld deities, or of other minor deities. it would’ve been so cool to see these kids actually helping around camp or interacting with the main heroes.

like one of my OCs is a son of Asclepius and like, is he just chilling in the hermes cabin even tho he’s been claimed??

like that was their older brother, probably the only father figure some of the younger hermes kids had. he was the one who put band-aids on scraped knees and calmed nightmares. probably even read stories to the younger campers during the summer.

and now he’s betrayed them?? no. not luke. he wouldn’t do that to us.

like imagine a little 8-year-old daughter of hermes trying to defend luke to some of her friends. like no, luke is a good guy, he wouldn’t hurt any of us.

or imagine how many hermes kids joined him. just because he was their big brother and they TRUSTED him.
