when people see Percy wearing sunglasses engraved with Apollo's name, they think he stole borrowed the glasses from his boyfriend himself, but no.
Percy stole them from Thalia, who took them from Artemis, who stole them from Apollo, and then Nico ends up taking them from Percy.
the glasses end up with Apollo somehow, eventually.
I like to think Apollo wears the type of rich people clothes that you can't tell are expensive, there is no visible logo or anything, but you can tell by the materials they're expensive as hell
except his sunglasses, which are the most basic $20 pair bc he keeps losing all of them, or they get stolen by his siblings
Apollo makes sure to engrave his name on the glasses to deter people, but it doesn't stop them
I like to think Apollo has merch, specifically in the style of rock bands which just so happens to be Percy's exact style
the first time Apollo sees Percy wear some of his merch, he almost goes into cardiac arrest
