Honestly I find it really interesting that while Minajael is presented as a narrative foil to jamil and kalim (mainly jamil), being from the parallel dorm, Minajael honestly reads more as an interesting narrative parallel to Leona for me (out of what we've seen). They are both

Literal princes, blue bloods born into the literal highest position one could have in their relative nations

Seemingly genuinely talented people for their ages

Deeply unsatisfied with their positions (Leona for always being devalued compared to his brother, Minajael for the lack of autonomy)

(The dissatisfacfion also is a big reason for their behavior: Leona believing theres no point in trying and thus being constantly lazy, while Minajael seemingly went the opposite direction and became an overachiever to prove his self worth)

People who came to their respective schools partially with the intent to distance themselves from their positions of power

I would love to see how these two would interact if put into the same conversation.
