Also, here some doodle of me cause I need yall to know that I am an insane person.

Hello, I want to drop a quick doodle for some new twst oc idea because the muse of creation has bless me with inspiration.

Although, quick context. A while back I mentioned a "dorm" concept based on Peter Pan/Robin Hood in this post (Ref 1). Now this hypothetical story would need an antagonist. Since Cloak (Robinhood) (ref 2) is more of the focus in the story, it would make his rival (besides Agiepan (Peterpan)) be inspired by Prince John. Also, I know that Captain Hook is much cooler, but I feel he has a high chance of becoming a Halloween character. Anyway, what I got for this Johnston (placeholder name) is that he from a super rich established family in the Land of Shaftlands. So he is super spoiled and yet still wants more. His motto is like, "everything should belong to him". He is definitely a mama boy, but also hates his older brother. Johnston is a 3rd Pomefiore student, who likes to dress up all cute and whatnot. I am likely to redo the hat because it's a bit out of place

Next is a character inspired both by Sir Hiss and Kaa (from the Jungle Book). Now the main reason is that if I only do Sir Hiss, it would be another blond character in Pomefiore. Also, I will always take the opportunity to draw dark skin characters. Personality wise, he is definitely the cunning type, seeing what others don't. Which makes him the "everyone around me are idiots" Also, I know I could have made him a snake beast man, but I don't want to figure out how that would anatomically work. So his design is meant to give snake vibe.

Switching to RSA is a bear beastman who is inspired by Little John, that been in the work for a while. Mainly cause I had trouble striking a balance between a mature look and a young look. He is Cloak's childhood best friend, and he is generally the chill type. Although, similar to the last character, is one of the few people with common sense. Poor dude has to deal with Cloak's romantic subplot of liking both Esme and Minajael. Although, now that I am writing this, my dude is likely going to redesign again cause he reminds me a bit of Leona, so I guess back to the drawing board.

Artist Note:

Just the full design of the first year cast that will be used for the Strawpage. However, Diyab was made like two/three months ago. Although, I will note the possibility of Joyous being a second year, because he technically doesn't fit the first year theme of being based on a main character who uses a sword. I've been thinking of making Aegipan (Peter Pan oc) a first year in the context that he is repeating a year.

Artist Note: Look, you can't give a bunch of NPCs with names and voices and expect me not to try and give them a design. For the design I mainly base it on the name translation done by mysteryshoptls (ref 1). Here are some notes on why I chose a specific inspiration.

NRC

Claire Fontaine, which translates to "clear fountain," reminds me of the chalice from when the evil queen was making the old person potion.

Lucien Benoit basically translates to "light blessing", and alongside the fact that Lucien is into architecture, it made me think of the Golden Beetle that shows the way to the ruin.

Thales Ferris: Ferris could be related to a ferry, which in turn is associated with ferryman.

RSA

Tim Kambaa is as stated in the translation note, but I decided to lean into Timon as inspiration based on his voice.

Sylvie Constin: Sylvie seems to associate with "spirit of the forest" and Constin is connected to Phill whole deal of training a hero, who would become a constellation.

Vega Allenby is a confusing one, as it implies it could based on Meg, which doesn't make sense considering the dorm leader should be the Meg inspired. So I just did the flower.

Oliver Marchfield & Winter Blesswell are the translation note state. However, some of you may know that I already have twst oc for Fauna and Merryweather named Fiadh Serenity and Joyous Mezzle (Ref 2). Which, I have been working on a redesign for their outfits and whatnot.

Although, since Fiadh is Oliver, that means he has to suffer through whatever Rielle made him go through.

Which Oliver/Fiadh is a sweet summer child (he is a 3rd year, is 186 cm tall, and is at least over 100 years old). Who was raised in the woods and still is adjusting to human culture. So him going through all that makes me feel bad, like he doesn't deserve this. Like this level of suffering is usually reserved for Oswalt (my yuu).

Although if I were to replace any other character from the NPC listed for my own, it would be Vega Allenby with Esme and Sylvie Constin with Aegipan because both are in the Psykeros (meg) dorm.

Okay, I am just going to say it. I freaking love this outfit. It makes him look like a boat gondolier. Anyway, I had trouble coming up with a thumbnail because I hate drawing faces. Luckily, I was inspired by an environment picture from Pinterest and doodled this. So yeah.

Got him 70 which could be better, but compare to other time pulling for Scarbia this is better result.

Look, I know this is technically not birthday theme but you can't tell me what to do. At least it better than last year, when I drew a very messy comic (ref 1). Also, you can see (once again) the Playful Land bias showing. Because for some reason, they both look so good, how did this happen. I did want to do some extra doodles but I ran out of time. So yeah.

Man, it has been a bit since I last posted. But yeah, I want to make a quick doodle of my son for his birthday, since he is one of my favorite characters. Part of me wanted to learn how to knit (again) to try and make his ugly sweater, but I have been very busy.

Speaking of which, I was able to get Silver PJ with 40 pulls, which means that I should have 100 pulls by the time OB Jamil drops.
