He thought he had been careful! He took his birth control everyday at the exact same time, and he kept track of when he was ovulating and tried to be less willing to fall into Stanley's arms when-
Oh Moses. Stanley. Ford's blood runs cold. What will his big brother do, knowing his supposedly smart baby brother was stupid enough to get knocked up, to get pregnant before he even graduated high school?

He was the one who clung to Stan so closely, so desperate for his big brother he'd take everything he could get. The one who let, even encouraged Stan come inside of him raw even though he knew that his pills weren't one hundred percent effective. But no, he was so focused on getting his big brother inside of him that he didn't care, leaning into Stan's kisses and begging him to come inside like the desperate slut he was.
He'll have to graduate with a baby bump. And college, what college would take him in? He has to tell Stanley, Ford realizes, dread mixing with hesitant hope. His brother would know what to do. He'd fix everything. He needs his big brother to hold him and promise everything would be alright.
When he tells Stan, he's too distracted to notice that Stan's surprise seems artifical, that his eyes are already trained hungrily on Ford's torso. He doesn't notice Stan's manic grin when Ford is convinced to keep the baby. But then again, he hadn't been noticing that his birth control pills have been tasting different lately, ever since he shyly confided in his big brother that he'd been considering going to college.
Not that it would matter if he noticed. His big brother knew best in the end, after all.
