It was, after all, a bit on the difficult side to look for a light switch when someone was standing on one’s foot.

Ralph’s mind was still too muddled to notice that Chihiro was talking to him until she finished her sentence. Since he didn’t actually hear what she said, he replied with “what?” but it came out in a sighed voice.

"We should do something. Like look for information." She suggested once more. In their situation, it was all they could really do.

Sonic the Hedgehog’s words played in Ralph’s mind as he stared at the corpse with a wince. This definitely was not her game. She was gone for good. Who would kill her knowing that would be the case? Out of anger and fear, Ralph punched a hole in the nearest wall, but said nothing yet.

Belle jumped at the sound of something hitting the wall. She remembered that when the Beast had an outburst, he would throw and smash things, but never punched the wall. She went to find the source of the sound, and saw Ralph standing by a hole in the wall. “Ralph, we’re all scared, but breaking the wall won’t help. It might even make us more scared.”

Ralph jumped slightly at the sound of Belle's voice. It had a strangely calming effect on him. He lowered his hand slowly.

I know I've been less active than normal (I mentioned this on Prince Charming too) I probably should have gone on a semi-hiatus, but there's not much point to do that now. It is unlikely that I will be on at all tomorrow or Saturday, but after that my level of activity should be back to normal (except for maybe a couple days in the following week)

As Thor described his brother, Ralph lifted his hands and said “wow, alright, so he’s a villain”. As a game villain himself, Ralph hoped that Loki was actually evil and not just discriminated like he knew too well. He didn’t say anything though, Thor did seem like he could be helpful and he didn’t want to make him angry.

"I’ve lost a medal. The one thing I think can make people respect me and show them that I can be a hero."

Thor’s expression became a touch confused. “Dramatic?” He muttered the word to himself. He’d always thought he was energetic and noble. Never dramatic.

Shaking his head in answer to the question of Loki he gestured to the door to his game with a scowl. “My brother is a traitor, there is no end to his schemes and no pain that will prize him of his need for war.”

He would have continued on but he remembered that he an Ralph shared a quest or sorts. “What have you lost, if I may ask?”
