Life has been so good to me.

T has been away for a week - and will be away for 3 MORE WEEKS HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO SURVIVE

We got married and Spawn started kindergarten. Shit.

Flame turns 5 this summer and Spawn turns 1. Me and T bought a house last month, a whole house. Just for us. We’re homeowners. I refuse to grow up though so I dyed my hair pink and me and T were shitfaced the entire weekend and went to a Rammstein concert. To be fair we haven’t had a weekend (or like even a day) to ourselves in like, almost a year. Life huh?

Update!  It’s been a while. Like I’ve stated, Instagram and Snapchat (raisinglittledemons on instagram and iingibjorg on snapchat, feel free to follow us ther) are more to my liking right now. It’s more instant than tumblr and easier.  I’ve been on tumblr for just over 6 years now. I’ve made some life time friends (most importantly, I met @youngtattooedme on here and that has seriously changed my life for the better. I love you!) but I think it’s time I withdraw from here, at least for now. I’ll of course keep my blog open and post here from time to time but with our recent life changes (and they are huge and will be listed below) I feel like I have too much going on for tumblr.  Those changes I talked about. My oh my!  We are currently packing our life into boxes. 9 days from now we will be moving across the country back to my home town to be closer to family and friends. We’ve had 2 wonderful years here that I will cherish forever and I’m extremely sad to leave but the time has come for us to move on to new things, new experiences. We plan on buying a house there, settling down there - permanetly. Moving 500km with two kids, two cats and a whole lot of stuff is .. well it’s more than saying but we are having heeps of fun packing, decluttering our stuff and going through all sorts of memories.  Flame is now just over 4 years old. He is this whole person, with his own unique personality and thought. It’s so wonderful to see how much he’s grown in the last 2 years, how he’s developed his own style, sense of humour and way of life. I am so proud of him. He left today to spend a week with his dad and then he’ll be traveling to our new home and spend 2 days with my parents untill we arrive. He is so excited to get a new room and a house surrounded by nature where he can run around freely without me freaking out about him getting hit by a car. Hulda María Hólm is 2 months and 2 days old now ! She’s smiling from ear to ear day in and day out and constantly discovering new sounds. She is still exclusively breastfed and seriously loves her food (she eats 23 hours a day). She’s not very fond of sleep but we manage, she is basically perfect and such a huge personality at such a young age.  Me and T are great, we are both very stressed and nervous about the move but we are doing so good at managing our stress and not letting it get to our heads. Last weekend we had our first date night since Hulda Marías birth and it was wonderful to get outside and be just a couple, not mom and dad. We went to a concert and stayed out for like close to 4 hours and we were totally beat when we got home. Old age is getting to us. Other wise everything is so good and like I said you can follow us on snapchat and/or instagram for more frequent updates. Love from the Hólms !
