Giant's Deep - If you were one of the travelers, what instrument would you play?

This was one of my favorite questions because I know for sure what I’d play!

Definitely the guitar! I used to play when I was younger, specifically classical guitar! I haven’t really picked it up for the past few years, until I recently dug it out of storage solely to learn Outer Wilds songs lol! I can play Travelers very poorly now so that’s progress xD

Ash Twin - Worst death you put your Hatchling through? (funniest, most absurd, etc)

Once I was inside my ship and parked on a section of Brittle Hollow, I think I was trying to get into Tower of Quantum knowledge? Well, The part I was on fell into the black hole and because I wasn’t buckled in I ended up getting violently rag dolled around the ship.

Timber Hearth - Favorite Hearthian AND/OR Nomai? (and why they're your favorite)

GJGKDJDDJSSH surprisingly a hard choice! I like different characters for different reasons so it’s hard to nail down who’s the favorite! But narrowing it down~ I’d say it’s between Gabbro and Feldspar! Here have a doodle of em ::]

For Gabbro I just love their vibe. They’re friendly and nonchalant (and kinda VERY loosely reminded me of Hypnos from Hades who is also one of my favorite characters….)! Bigggg fan of characters that are just chill/silly under ridiculous circumstances.

For Feldspar I LOVE their design! Idk they’re just super fun for me to draw! Plus I like the tragedy around their character! They are a bit rude and boastful and they don’t realize that they are never going home. All the characters dying make me sad, but Feldspar has an extra kick because they ARE alive and we found them, but it doesn’t matter because there’s no time to take them home ;-;

Kinda boring, but I got it about a year ago for sale on Steam! It ended up sitting in my library until last summer when I finally had time to play it and since then it’s consumed my life :3

Ember Twin - Favorite planet to explore Vs. Least favorite?

Favorite:

Timber Hearth! I love talking to the characters and looking at all the details in the village! Plus the hidden underwater caves, quantum grove, and nomai mines! I just think it’s a pretty and peaceful place, if I had to pick any of the planets to live on it would definitely be Timber Hearth lol

Least Favorite:

Hmm probably Ember Twin. I love the lore hidden there and the Sunless City is so cool! But dark caves with rising sand and teleporting cactus are my personal nightmare. Everything there has such specific timing or you get crushed to death, whole place stresses me out

The Interloper - Which discovery did you find the most impactful?

Both the Interloper and Escape pod 3 hit me hard. There’s such a helplessness to both that makes me so sad. Escape pod 3 especially, they made a desperate gamble that didn’t pay off :(

reading all the notes in game you almost get to know the nomai better than the hearthians, so seeing how quickly they were snuffed out makes me a little sick…

Dark Bramble - Did you ever "Feldspar" anything?

I answered that HERE ! But to summarize, I brute forced my ship onto a tree while trying to get to the Southern Observatory :)

Oof this is hard.. lots of good options

But I think I’ll go with uhhhh, anything on the Stranger! I was so scared during most of it that getting anything done there felt like a big accomplishment xD
