Rain's Art Abode

This week has turned not only sour, but sickening. So I turned to my digital brush to release some of my anxiety and fear. ♥

I suppose that this could classify as vent art... I personally prefer to call it "therapeutic art". My heart is slightly eased after working on this drawing.

The tunics are based off of their respective titles, you can't find these in game, lol.

Day 5 (I know, I'm late, lol)

I didn't resist the urge to turn him into a cat. Perhaps a fox interpretation would have been more accurate, but I refuse to change the line art for that atm.

♥ I had been fighting a cold for a week or so, and I spent an absurd amount of time doodling One Piece fanart and watching movies. Here's what I created ♥

Why did I give Sanji an orange shirt when I was watching the East Blue movie? Eh, I just wanted him to stand out more I suppose.

I never knew that I needed to see an alternate universe where Franky was included in the Drum Island arc... until I learned about The Miracle Winter Cherry Blossom movie. I admit that it was difficult trying to read the subtitles and draw at the same time; I'm thankful that I knew the plot of the movie and some Japanese beforehand, otherwise I could have easily gotten lost.

I watched the Alabasta and Skypiea movies (or "episodes" as they are also called). But never made enough thumbnails for a decent-looking page. So I'll end the dump with a Sir Crocodile sketch and a bonus Chopper.

⭐I made these inked drawings last spring and FINALLY decided to make digital versions of them.

Better than last time, but still much to improve upon (ah, but isn't that always the case? Lol).

I think the blur in the background helps direct the eyes to his face... but then we don't get to see the details of the bananawani figure :(

Unfortunately, I didn't save a full, unfiltered background. So we only get a little bit of detail of the bananawani.

Seriously, it's past 2:00 am. I need to get some melatonin.
