anger is not an “inferior” or “bad” emotion. anger comes when our boundaries have been crossed, when we have been hurt. what matters is what we do with our anger, how we process and accept it.

Sometimes you just need to stay for the little things. You need to stay for the leafs softly falling to the ground at the start of autumn. You need to stay for the beautiful summer sunset. You need to stay for a good cup of coffee or tea in the morning. You need to stay for a stranger smiling at you on the street. When you cannot find a big reason to stay, stay for the little things - for the little things are often the most meaningful. No matter how little sense of purpose you feel right now, know that you need to stay. And it is okay to stay for things that might not seem important enough, because if they make you want to see another day, they are pretty damn important.
