As soon as Val’s finger traces his screen he tilts his head closer to Val.

When he holographically displays the photos in the scene this pic is shown in, it seems like they are from a personal collection, considering all of them look to be captured from his pov (e.g. the pic of Velvette looking at him in the car from their scene in s2ep3 where she is clearly sitting next to him). Since the pic above looks to be taken from the same outsider perspective as the other ones in this scene, it's safe to assume Vox took it as well.

So what if Vox took that picture of Velvette and Melissa because he could clearly see the hidden feelings/crush/interest between them from their expressions and actions?

He took it so he could later use it to (friendly) tease Velvette about it. Velvette is always snapping pictures of him and Valentino when their feelings for each other are on full display (dancing, making out, etc.). She has probably caught Vox romantically looking at Val when he was completely unaware a ton of times and has used those pics to tease him. So when he saw this moment happening between Velvette and Melissa he said 'alright bet' and snapped the pic for future ammo.

A few nights after the moment™ has happened and they're already separated in their rooms, done hanging out for the evening, Vox sends only that one singular photo to Velvette with the caption 'I know what you are' and nothing else.

He finally gave her a taste of payback.

The second day of Three Nights Party is marked by a release of a very particular music video in Hell. Beelzebub gets a special edition - for her own parties.

It's Lilith. The entire video is dedicated to her, and compiled from footage obtained by Voxtek cameras and God-Vox himself throughout the years.

You are the sun (It's an old, old video - Lilith is on the stage in the dark night gown, facial expression pristine, hair looking golden in the spotlight; partiture glows red and rains over the raging crowd) You are the only one (Lilith is standing in front of a wall, completely covered in "Resist!" posters, hands behind her back, studying it, eyes pensive) My heart is blue (Lucifer watches her concert from the tower of the palace; he must have been too taken by his wife's performance, because Voxtek drones were able to take a close up at his face - and the yearning and sadness on it are so obvious) My heart is blue for you (Lilith bows down a bit to fix Lucifer's collar, and the feared King of Hell looks like a flustered boy in love)

Be my, be my, be my little rock 'n' roll queen (Lilith sings, and the red notes tear the darkness apart; she reaches out with her slender hand - and Roo's face, always smug and content, twists in anger, her shadows aim for Lilith, but don't reach her, and her blood red magic has nothing on red gold partiture)

You are the sun (Anger fits Lilith's face; her violet eyes turn deep purple, and the song that she sings materializes in longer threads, taking over the space, showing that First Sinner is also the true royal) You are the only one (Lucifer looks at Lilith as if she was the best thing in the entire Universe; disheveled by the fight, depowered by the Root of All Evil, it is visible how the color returns into his face, and his golden angelic power returns to the tips of his fingers) You are so cool (Lilith and Lucifer stay in front of Sera, hand in hand, and while Lucifer looks awkward, Lilith remains dignified and unbothered) You are so rock 'n' roll

(Lilith and Lucifer stay in front of Roo, shoulder to shoulder, as the magic from their hands twists and grows and finally hits her with a golden red beam)

(Lucifer looks at his wife with so much pride)

(And Lilith smiles at him; camera closes in, and lingers on that smile a little bit longer, before the video ends)
