Handful of Strawberries and blueberries, handful of spinach,
cucumber, glass of coconut water, half a tbs wheatgrass, spoon of camu camu powder, tbs LSA mixture.
π Snack - Handful of almonds and dried cranberries
π Lunch - Salad - Tomatoes, carrot, spinach, brown rice, cucumber, black beans. Dressing: Apple cider vinegar and extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.
π Dinner - Salad, tomatoes, carrot, spinach, parsley, kidney beans. Dressing: Apple cider vinegar & extra virgin olive oil. Dates.
