I came across this the other day and it has stuck with me-for good reason too! Letting go is hard, whether it is letting go of unhealthy relationships, poor habits, limiting self-beliefs, judgement, addictions, emotions, social groups, etc.--letting go is tough! Even though we KNOW we need to let go of that 'something' that holds us back--it doesn't make it easy. Letting go takes #courage and #faith in new possibilities. It takes #trusting in the higher purpose-the higher YOU, the higher ME. The first step we can take to start a 'new chapter' is the step of #Awareness. ➡️What are you holding onto that doesn't serve your higher self? (Just focus on The 1. Don't overwhelm yourself by listing every little thing you feel you need to 'fix' in order to...). ➡️ What purpose does holding on serve? Now the fun part--OPEN YOUR MIND AND HEART! Dream a little- ➡️What possibilities could open up for you if you let go? What doors could open up for you? What feelings could you feel? What would letting go and moving forward look like? What would life look like? Feel like?
