It's really easy, so you'll only need bananas, oats, and honey!

Actually, this recipe is very versatile....

First of all, you'll need a bowl to mix everything together. You can eat this recipe as a cookie or just "raw" So any mold or anything that can go in the oven is great.

1. Original recipe

1 cup of oats, 1 cup of oat flour, 1 grated carrot, 1 grated apple (optional), 1 cup of sugar and 3 tablespoons of water.

Place in the oven at 200 degrees and leave for 15 to 20 minutes !

2. A recipe that I usually make

I use one or two bananas, I mash them, add a little condensed milk or sugar, and then mix it with fine oat flour! So I add enough oats to make it soft, and then I eat it :)

3. What could you perhaps do differently?

Perhaps adding cereal or nuts seems like a good idea, I just don't know if it would turn out well in the oven lol

To sweeten it, sugar, molasses, honey, or even condensed milk seems good; I think you can use anything from your refrigerator to sweeten it

(I use condensed milk because I don't have honey and I also don't like honey that much..eh)

For baking, you can also do it in the airfryer, Oven cooking time may vary depending on the stovetop and air fryer power, so you need to keep an eye on it until it's firm!
