I’m fasting and it’s going really well,

Idk if I should aim for 2 or 3 days because the brain fog is eating away at my schoolwork,

Lowk hungry 🤤

First day back was nice but I felt so fatigued and had the worst brain fog all day.

I hate all my classes lol

Currently fasting

I binged the other day and I maintained so it’s fine

Need a nap 😴

School starts tomorrow oh I will get so many steps and fast for so long

I’ve been waiting all summer for the glorious August-September lock in

Aiming for 1hr 15m on the treadmill. Gotta do schoolwork, and I wanna read a little, which is fun while walking.

Also watching ed movies while cleaning today, lots to do to distract myself.

if I break my fast what should my punishment be?

I wanna cut so bad :(

I’ve been clean 53 days and I don’t wanna have to get stitches or go to the er again.

I had a dream that reminded me of when a guy choked me at school and I had forgotten about it before this.

I don’t know how to feel or what to do. I don’t want to be sick anymore, but it’d be so easy to hide.

I could justify not eating instead I guess, I’ve come too far to relapse.

I haven’t fasted this long in forever, feels wonderful. And I’ve never fasted this long without binging before so I’m soooo happy with myself for not ruining things. Maybe I’ll go swimming to celebrate. Many more long-ish fasts coming(?)!!!!!!
