Generating normals on parallax mapped surfaces (no normal map textures or heavy bump nodes)

Atmosphere testing

Parallax occlusion mapping update - faster and cleaner renders, shadow improvements. Also added dithering to reduce stepping artifacts

Started as one of procrastination drawings that won't go into gallery, I think it turned out good enough to show. Also is a little excuse of not doing another drawing that I can't make for more than a year at this point
