Tilting at windmills

I can't read one report on air strikes without thinking there are people whose job is creating these weapons and they make six figures or more doing it and their family will live a comfortable life on that money. It will never leave my mind that this is an industry

"Shouldn't you be mad at the defense contractor's ceo and not employees, it's not like they can change anything" I mean the employees could do more damage to the company than the ceo if they wanted. A ceo is one guy who can be fired. If the company's workforce were to abandon operations, on the other hand...that's not an easily resolvable situation. Not that the workforce would quit when they already decided the money was more important, but hypothetically, it's actually fair to say they hold some responsibility, no? Literally no one is forcing you to work for a defense contractor, it was just your most financially beneficial option.
