Whoever said that some women look beautiful in the rain lied. Or had their vision obscured by raindrops. 

It’s not that we women look ugly or even like the common phrase “ a drowned rat”. We just happen to look like us with flatter hair and if we are lucky, intact mascara with plastered hair looking like a sodden squid. Or in the case of a drizzle, a horrible case of frizz. 

Really the only thing we can hope for is to at least have a dewy complexion, which fails even in the most optimistic scenarios.

If you haven't figured already, I had a rather rotten, soggy hair day thanks to the annoying rain in Boston.
