For some reason, Kylo would honestly not put it past Wanda to literally magic every cell phone within a few miles of Tommy just to keep him from getting hold of a new one. Honestly, if this didn’t involve him losing his own things he would be rather proud of Wanda for her forced measures, but the only thing he can think to blurt out in protest is: “ Did you just quote my GRANDFATHER at us? ”
IF EITHER of them could believe she was going to budge on this, they were sorely mistaken. Not only was this bonding necessary, she had put far too much effort into planning each clue. Her first gaze settled on Tommy, one brow raised to test him. “ Have you forgotten who I am? I could destroy all communication on the planet. And, I’ll delete your Pokemon account. ” There was no getting out of this without a fight Tommy wasn’t prepared for. She turned to Kylo, this time smiling. “ Yes, see… you’re bonding already and you’ve got a good start on the first clue. ”
She wouldn’t----- and yet she would. He knows she would. It’s like that one time she made his Tomadochi vanish for a day when he was younger because he didn’t do any of his chores. So he didn’t fight her, just stat there and grumbled, arms crossed over his chest. “I dunno if the beach was a good pick for your clue, Mom; I’m pretty sure this overgrown vampire is gonna catch on fire the second he comes into contact with the sun.”
