A character of color is morally ambiguous or a villain, gets redemption arc. "They're awful and haven't been condemned enough of their crimes". Stans [insert white characters] who did the exact same crimes or was a villain who's redemption arc is praised.

"Can't believe that character of color had the nerve not to die as a selfless sacrifice for [insert white character]".

"POC actress/actor is too ethnic and they'd ruin the character".

"I haven't seen racism in the fandom therefore it isn't there".

I haven't assigned any roles yet so I was wondering if you guys have ideas for the characters and their roles. Thank you! Have a good day/night and enjoy your time.

Alix was eon's old, they lived through many cycles of the earth existing and getting destroyed. Alix never truly cared for humans due to this yet still decided to make small businesses throughout the world despite knowing the outcome every time.

This new earth he stumbles into a city he was vaguely familiar of through the other spirits. He bought a building in a dangerous part of the city. It was near a cemetery, somewhere that gives him energy.

The ambient energy of the cemetery, and the run down building gave them plenty of things to keep them busy. They witnessed many things over the years just caring for their run down building.

During a particularly bad night a group of kids break into the building trying to hide from the rain and the violence outside. They didn't seem to notice Alix watching them as they ventured inside the building they thought was to be abandoned.

Unknowingly entering the crows nest.

When the kids finally notice the owner they start to panic thinking they will get attacked just for Alix to throw towels at them indicating that they need to dry off. The kids do as they are told and dry off as the owner takes them to a hotter spot to warm up.

He lets the kids wait out the storm as he writes away every occasionally glancing up. Alix has food set out for them if they wished to take it, some took it others didn't. They weren't going to look a gift horse in the mouth after all.

One kid fell asleep and the others watched over them. Alix said nothing to them. The next morning after the storm ended the kids left.

Over time the kids realized they could take shelter in the building and Alix would as so much as blink. The kids can't read them but accept that he is a safe space. Whenever they were hurt he would toss a band-aid or something else at them, when they were hungry he would make them food, let them do whatever in his building, including breaking stuff.

The kids decided they didn't want to tell the local heroes about this new safe haven but they would tell the other kids, the amount of kids who showed up grew. Some tried to test his limits by destroying stuff but got no reaction from the owner.

The owner refuses to take payment ever no matter how hard they try.

"But shouldn't we pay you for staying here?" The kids asked, getting a shake of the head responding.

The kids were sure he must have been mute as they never heard them speak. Over time proper rooms were made for them, Alix allowing anyone to sleep there some kids start to live there permanently.

When someone tried to break in and harm the kids, Alix stepped in.

"What are you going to do?" The man laughs at Alix.

Just with a response of a a bunch of wings bursting from Alix's body and a stare that could kill.

"Oh shit!" The man runs off at the response of the angel like figure.

"Woah!" A kid who was watching the entire thing exclaims.

The wings merge back into their body and they walk back into the deeps of the building.

"Are those real?"

"Are you an angel?" The kid asks.

They shake their head silently before heading to kitchen area.

My friend @starry-heretic and I have decided to make a Newer, Cooler Tumblr DCRP Community Server, but without Proshippers/Darkshippers!

We've seen from people we know that the Other Tumblr Server hasn't exactly seemed to be that great of a place to be! So we decided to take a page out of good ol' Bender the Robot's book, and make our own server!

And just as a note to the folks who run that server, we're doing this specifically so you guys can keep your big server the way it is. We just want a place without Proshippers/Darkshippers so we don't have to deal with them.

I’m 7 months clean from c.ai!! Back in June, it was my first day EVER using Tumblr, and a post popped up on my dash. It was anti ai, and SO well worded- so raw and so real; I closed out my Tumblr tab, opened character.ai and deleted my account without a second thought. And my mental health has improved SO. MUCH. I am a much better person than I was before. You can do it!!!!

and I haven’t been able to find the post ever again, but I know it says something along the lines of “that deku bot that’s fucking you rn?” In one part, uhhhhh yeah if anyone can find that please let me know! I basically owe whoever wrote that my life.
