I have almost exactly 3 months until I get married!! Surreal.

I’ve been doing Barre3 5x a week since January and I plan on keeping it at 4-5x a week until the wedding. I feel SO strong and happy since I’ve been doing it. I haven’t noticed a big weight drop, but I think that’s because I’ve put on a crapton of muscle, particularly in my thighs and butt. I think if I can add in 1x a week of running and/or heavier weightlifting, then I’ll be exactly how I want to feel by the wedding.
