I actually think this is kinda sweet, it means that people can be prompted to do nice things with very small reminders of positive role models, whether it's a "What Would Jesus Do?" wristband or, in this case, a guy dressed as Batman

#would be interesting to see what the percentage is if it is not Batman but someone dressed in something recognisable as an obvious costume #but unrecognisable character. In order to see how much ist ist “reminder of rolemodle” and how much it is “being more aware of surrounding #because something in your immediate surrounding is unusual and therefore grabbing your attention #makeing you more likely to also notice the pregnant woman“

I made a little crochet and cross stitch fairy for my friends birthday.

The idea ist that the wings can also be a dress, inspired by that one fairy princess barbie.

The pattern for the fairy is from a book called "Fantastische Häkelfreunde 2" and the pattern for the wings I made myself

hi pals. this seems… optimistic? premature? needy? all of these? but the nice voices on my podcasts talk about "discord servers," and, while I only barely know what that means, there was nothing to stop me from setting one up for Interlocking Patches.

please advise if i am off-base, but i thought people might use this to:

show off patches without having to make public social media posts or message me personally because yikes @ both of those

get help and report issues with patterns, the technique, etc.

pitch patch or collection ideas (no judgment in brainstorming)

i don't know! what do people talk about?

anyway, it's there now! if everyone prefers this venture remain one lone wingnut issuing unasked-for crochet patterns at semi-regular intervals without oversight, that certainly suits me fine, but i thought something more conversational might also be nice!
