You know that feeling when you should be proud of yourself or being in school and furthering your life but when you have to spend money to further your education you feel like shit because you're spending money to further your education but you're also struggling financially it's a very shitty feeling

Less than 24 hours ago, I was in a very stressful situation, got disrespected, lied on, but, I did not use none of my negative habits to navigate this situation. instead, I used my positive coping mechanisms and I pushed myself to not be on social media not to say anything negative or outlandish or be suicidal and I stuck to my guns and I stuck up for myself and I used my voice which I think is very important to congratulate myself !

I used to use tumblr a long time ago . I am hoping to use this platform to further the conversation about bpd &ptsd and living with it . I find on social media its like a secret society . that no one really knows about like depression, anxiety and countless other mental illnesses.
