Here's the third comic in the Open World AU. I decided it would be more interesting if the cast also had some limited ability to conjure and worldcraft, so I wanted to explore that. This comic is both the longest I've done yet and is the most involved painting-wise. I hope it was worth the wait!

Having referenced TJ Clawson numerous times at home, and seeing him play was a special moment to learn more about his surrogate dad's sport. Without the words being spoken but watching Pete's energy after that home run! ⚾️💥

Pete has his ways for hesitating, that is just part of becoming a parent. If he learnt from seeing Jack talk about family and goals while he grew up, Pete had reason to suspect such a mindset could rub off on his son Johnny. Pete can’t always say no to Ryan however, but within reason, so he allowed Ryan to stay with Johnny. Trusting the pair’s friendship! 💙💜
