Restqueer is a blankqueer based on the idea that before you can help others, you must take care of yourself first. So it's not only not selfish to take care of yourself, but a selfless thing to do (so long as you're not using taking care of yourself to do non-con harm).

Restqueer is pro:

- TransIDs and transitioning to one's TransIDs

- Acting on one's Paras in non-harmful ways

- Getting accomodations and aid, even if you don't feel you're bad enough to need them

- Consentual Recovery (Recovering how and when you want to)

- Taking breaks when you want, even if you don't "need" them

- Accomodations and aid being available to everyone without diagnosises

- Radqueer and radqueer adjacent identities

- Radical self advocacy

- Conabuse

- Religion & Fults

- Contradictory labels

- Profic, darkfic, and everything in that vein

Restqueer is anti:

- All forms of bigotry, such as but not limited to: racism, sanism, ableism, queerphobia, antisemitism, islamophobia, etc

- Non-con harm

- Forced Recovery

- Using slurs in a derogatory fashion
