Spacey & Shakin' turns 20 today.

I had to tune in to social media after a 5 month break to soak up all the birthday wishes. Thanks y'all! Spent part of the day in a tree net about 30' in the air. Also made a tea bowl with the help of my pal Esteban, who shares my bday. And those of you in the NW know our special day was super lovely. Plus Daylight savings began. Bonus! I am very happy to report that my health situation is trending in the right direction, albeit slowly. My energy has improved enough that when I am enjoying an uptick, I am able to get a decent amount of work done in the studio. I am chipping away at finishing up a single for Moody Little Sister in time for their upcoming tour. Also, Elaine and I have been tending to some songwriting. My "healing retreats" to the Oregon coast birthed a slew of new song seeds. 1% inspiration... check. Now it's time for 99% perspiration—lyrics etc. One more click up in energy and I'll be ready to play a house concert or two. Or twenty. To be in the loop, sign up for my newsletter on my website.
