i think i saw a movie like this once
Ok I needed to know the story and
Guy makes a really stupid decision and gets in a car accident -> no real damage from accident but insurance goes up -> starts beating himself up over his stupid decision -> gets depressed -> starts to realize he's single and had crash been worse he'd die alone -> realizes he's never had a relationship or even a crush and starts wondering what he'd want out of a relationship -> starts to realize he doesn't really like girls so he thinks he must be gay -> realizes he likes girls and boys about the same amount, so he must be bi -> later realizes that "same amount" is none at all -> he's ace
GAWD DAMN PANDORAA 👀👀👏🏾👏🏾😳😳🍑🍑🤤🤤😋😋

text: [ “Some of you have forgotten that only three years ago you were perfectly capable of writing an essay, writing a eulogy, telling a bedtime story to a child, and it should worry you that powerful companies have convinced us we can’t do things we’ve been doing for 5000 years.” ]
And they're absolutely specifically pushing it, make no mistake. It's not just a matter of "it's there, it's convenient, so people are going to take the path of the least resistance", but it is a legitimate and concerted effort on the part of these companies to get people to outsource all these things to their models.
They're preying on insecurities to do it. Yes, you can write an essay - but can you write a good essay, they ask you. Do you not want to improve your output? Do you not want people to think of you as competent and very clever? Why go through the mortifying process of failing and failing and failing until you succeed if you can just skip the "learning" part of doing, and simply generate a ready-made product?
I'm preaching to the choir here obviously but it's a concerning thing to witness nonetheless. My kid is 6 next week and I've been teaching her that failing at things is morally neutral and in fact necessary even before the advent of AI, but it's becoming ever more important that we teach the kids that criticism and failure and discomfort aren't necessarily bad things, but just a part of the growth process.
AI companies are heavily invested in making themselves relevant. They want people to believe they can't do the things they have done unaided before and make them become reliant on the AI models, so the AI models' existence is artificially justified.
It's always a little bit funny when folks expect me to be shocked by weird porn simply because I don't post any of it on main. You need to understand that I grew up on an Internet where Doug Winger was considered a respectable face of the fandom community.
@sepdet replied:
no idea who that is but I sure as hell remember Elf Sternberg, and my was he a surprise for a gal who didn't even know gay was a thing that exists until college
About a decade back someone accused me of being Elf Sternberg. To this day I'm not sure what led them to that conclusion.
@the-dozing-cadent replied:
frankly, the fact that modern furry hyper artists aren't considered respectable members of the community is an indictment of modern internet culture
Well, yeah – that's part of the point I'm making. I'm not suggesting that getting randomly flashbanged by drawings of Lola Bunny with a cock bigger than her entire body scarred me for life; I'm pointing out that this sort of thing used to be considered eccentric but harmless. I'm less being ironic when I remark that Doug Winger was once regarded as fairly respectable by Internet fandom standards than I am stating a fact. Where contemporary online culture draws the line between "eccentric but harmless" and "the Weird Shit" has retreated a lot since the 1990s.
(This of course has its pros and its cons – there's a lot of stuff that 1990s online culture saw as eccentric but harmless that definitely should have drawn a more critical eye! – but so it goes.)

Reblog if you love boobs and hate ICE
“whatever you want” is not an expression of desire, it isn’t even a surrender, it’s a withholding of desire and an offloading of the work of communication and negotiation onto the other person.
Anyway one of the best things you can do for engaging with political discourse is to stop viewing different analytical frameworks as competing teams or a decorative element to add to your bio, and instead view them as what they are: Methods of interpreting stuff that happens in the world, some more reliable than others, some more tailored to specific situations than others.
And then also recognize that sometimes individuals deploy those frameworks badly.
Which in turn means that when you see an absolutely shit take from someone who's usually spot-on with their analysis inside their preferred framework, you can just go "oh, they're outside their domain of applicability, what a shame" and move on with your day.
A big one to avoid is taking the knowledge from a framework meant for analyzing large-scale power structures, learning about how those affect material conditions at population levels, and then starting to go "ohhhh am I being Bad At The Framework if I try to change my material conditions with individual actions" to which the answer is... no. That's just outside the scope of the framework.
That's all to say that when you see someone from any branch of feminism starting to slip into "gals, is it heteropatriarchal if we do lesbian BDSM" you can just laugh to yourself and go "haha, she's individualizing the systemic analysis" and move on instead of trying to formulate a Theory Of How Being A Good Girl For Dommy Mommy Is Actually Super Feminist to counter.
“if you’re plus sized you can just shop on shein/amazon/cider, they have a good selection!!” yeah but i don’t want to rely on fast fashion. i think fat people deserve more ethical and high quality clothing choices

The only problem I have with this list is they are not small budget friendly. Yes, fat people deserve good quality fashion, but what the use if we can't be able to afford them.
"I think fat people deserve more ethical and high quality clothing choices"Yes, you are definitely right. Too bad some of us have no choice but to resort to mediocre quality when clothing brands that sell high quality fashion offer almost 100$ FOR ONE SWEATER. It's at this point there are people who who can not afford many things in general have to resort to places such as Shein. Because as if using child labor wasn't already bad, what makes it worse is Fast Fashion is the one place where ones from the lower class feels like they can get something nice even if it won't last that long.
It be great if this hellsite also recommended brands that are ethical, high quality, AND gives a reasonable price that is affordable for many, but people here have yet to say anything. So what then?
@onlyroxxie @igrabbedthemoon22 @mayakern @ego94
There is no shame in buying fast fashion as a fat person, especially, given our serious lack of options. Unfortunately ethically sourced items will always have a higher cost, taking into consideration that “ethically sourced” means they pay their workers a fair livable wage, more expensive ethically sourced materials and high quality fabric will be used, and the items will be created on a much smaller production scale than fast fashion brands. It’s true that ethically sourced fashion, in most cases, is a privilege that will only be afforded by some, but in my opinion, buying secondhand or recycled clothing will always be the most sustainable choice.
As for secondhand online plus size sources, I’ve had a lot of luck with eBay, Poshmark, Mercari and thredup.
@onlyroxxie all of this. Thank you.
My problem with a lot of monsterfucking porn is that its notion of non-human erogenous zones rarely extends beyond surrogate cocks. Like, sure, jack off her horns if you want, but we're still operating on the level of long hard sticky-outy things. I want to see more monsters with erogenous nubs and crevices.
Do the ferengi lobes count as sticky outie bits or do they count as crevices? Feels like they sort of occupy a middle space.
Then again, they aren't really all that much different from humans, so placing them under "monstrefucking" seems both incorrect and probably extremely problematic.
A lot of real humans are into ear play, so that one's not so much an inhuman erogenous zone as it is taking a slightly uncommon human erogenous zone and making it larger.
At what point does 'take an uncommon human erogenous zone and make it larger' become monsterfucking? If we get big enough, will it cross a threshold or is it stuck at 'conventionally horny but BIG'?
I wouldn't say that mere scale is ever sufficient to cross the line into monsterfucking, but it definitely stops being conventional at some ill-defined point. Stimulating a cock is about as conventional as it gets, but "partner with a cock the size of their own torso" is a whole kink all on its own.
