breaking my silence. it is insane that a marriage is more celebrated than earning a degree.

Theres this tell for tme/tma using trfs ive noticed that is essentially these folks using trans women as a catch all for trans people ; i.e, posting about the harm done on the trans community but the phrasing is something like “trans women deserve better from you than the oppressive standards you force on them” and it sounds like a banger take and then you go on their blog and its just “trans women are the only trans people i see as oppressed, trans men are the oppressors ; what even are nonbinary people”

I dont know how to communicate how exhausting it is being accepted absolutely nowhere. Masculinity is heavily demonized within the queer community and you’re treated as less queer / less transgender if you’re transmasculine vs transfeminine, and its exhausting.

I ultimately still face varying forms of oppression both for not passing and presenting as a woman in most interactions and experiencing misogyny in that light both currently and in the past, and the fact that i am a transgender individual marks me as a “threat” to the general public- but because im transmasculine im suddenly less oppressed than transfems, even though we are being murdered, assaulted, and trafficked, and suffering through forced pregnancy. Im tired.
