Barcelona was kinda shitty in parts but one bit I loved was the CosmoCaix in the university district, it was this stunning science museum and at the bottom floor was a recreated rainforest with gators and fish and tortoises in, you could walk through the forest. it was like this little biome, totally self sustaining, a recreation of the rainforests. it was really incredible to see, we stayed for hours just watching the fish in this tiny slice of nature
