A couple of days ago I was scrolling through my DMs with the one and only @thequeenofthewinter (I was wanting to show my mum how I reacted about her last chapter of In the Midst of Winter and I came across this…

And I can’t be more proud seeing how far she’s come since that conversation in 2023, to see what beautiful pieces of work she’s been working on just makes me so happy and proud

I've been seeing a lot of what I can only imagine are bot accounts. Like, the blandest or most painfully try-hard "memes" with about a dozen and a half tags that are all variations on "funny," "meme" and "ha ha." I keep blocking them and they keep showing up.

Let me be clear. If I want milquetoast, ai-generated "humor" I'll scroll past it on facebook. I come to tumblr for deranged nonsense, nsfw fan art, and the kind of unhinged platonic love that only happens between people who like the same kinds of deranged nsfw fan art, okay?
