So Emily can afford a houseboat, but can't take the time to answer your email about an order? Can't afford to give you a refund? That's pretty sick.

Were you one of the many individuals that has yet to be answered or refunded by Project Undefined? Join us in filing complaints through the Better Business Bureau to warn others. Why is this important? If you, like others, have not been refunded and the owner refuses to speak with you, won't answer messages or emails, then at least this should get her attention. This excerpt is taken directly from the BBB, on what a business should do if there are complaints filed against them -   "Should I answer the complaint? Yes!  If you receive a complaint from the BBB, the first thing you need to do is answer it.  If you are an Accredited Business and you don’t answer it, your accreditation could be in jeopardy.  If you are not accredited your chances for future accreditation are affected.  In addition, the complaint will be closed “unanswered” and it will remain on your reliability report for three years.  Unanswered complaints also affect your rating with the BBB. " Hopefully this will get Emily Witcher's attention enough to at least give you a status update on your order. We went ahead and tracked down the original seller of the pieces Project Undefined was ripping off - if you check out his awesome page you will see the photos and descriptions are exact copies. This seller has 100% positive feedback and 581 sales, which is better than we can see for Project Undefined's record. Please do your part and report PU and Emily Witcher's pages, notify PayPal, and be sure to contact the Better Business Bureau if you have not received your items.

This is what you can expect if you try to help out others and cross paths with Emily. One business owner to another, pleading the case for her own friends and customers. Another fact to be known - Emily still owns this company.

This sender asked to not remain anonymous for this message, and included her own thoughts on it. "My name is Crystal and because I am not the owner of the page Emily mentions, and thus I have asked that it be blocked out, but I do not mind my name showing. This is the kind of person you may have the pleasure of dealing with in Emily Witcher. I have sent her personal and public accounts messages regarding my order since April (order placed in March). I have beseeched her in Facebook and in email, she has yet to respond and I've sent messages for months. Out of the blue, she messages me from what I must assume is a third Facebook page, and as you can see, the conversation was started today. She not only tries to tell me that I cannot do something which I have a right to do, but also takes to bullying and seeming threats to make me "unlike" a page I have a right to follow. This is the Emily Witcher you can look forward to dealing with. If you send legitimate business questions and concerns in various ways to her, you will be ignored. But if you like a page that is trying to bring light to what she has done, she will harass your private accounts. How is this not backwards? I wish all of you luck that have lost money and have not seen it returned yet. I hope she can learn to do the right thing."

If all of this evidence wasn't sickening enough, Emily Witcher also has profiles on sites such as Model Mayhem and a Facebook modeling page where she is posing topless and in even less with explicit body parts exposed. Why is this a problem? Because she lives in the U.S. and is under age for these types of photographs. This is illegal because it is the solicitation of child pornography from a minor! As if the bad attitude and horrible business practices which include harassing customers, stealing money, ignoring and refusing contact with customers wasn't enough, she is taking part in felony activities! This sick child needs to be stopped.

And heaven forbid your boyfriend try to help you out. She will not only cuss you out, she will post your page for her hoards to troll. How sick is this?

Here was the excuse that started the onslaught. After 2.5 months of inactivity, not answering emails, facebook messages, or any form of contact from customers that had been politely asking where their orders were. Excuses much? It takes 2 seconds to hook onto Starbucks WiFi or anyone's for that matter and tell your customers you will be away because you lost your job and you are sorry. You don't wait for notices, PayPal locking you out, and disputes on claims to answer people.

Conversations, first person accounts, and screencaps will be posted but buyer beware! Emily Witcher is the truest witch in ugliest form. Avoid this frigid creature and to all suffering - we hope you can get your money back! More to come, stay tuned.
