So Emily can afford a houseboat, but can't take the time to answer your email about an order? Can't afford to give you a refund? That's pretty sick.
Were you one of the many individuals that has yet to be answered or refunded by Project Undefined? Join us in filing complaints through the Better Business Bureau to warn others. Why is this important? If you, like others, have not been refunded and the owner refuses to speak with you, won't answer messages or emails, then at least this should get her attention. This excerpt is taken directly from the BBB, on what a business should do if there are complaints filed against them - "Should I answer the complaint? Yes! If you receive a complaint from the BBB, the first thing you need to do is answer it. If you are an Accredited Business and you don’t answer it, your accreditation could be in jeopardy. If you are not accredited your chances for future accreditation are affected. In addition, the complaint will be closed “unanswered” and it will remain on your reliability report for three years. Unanswered complaints also affect your rating with the BBB. " Hopefully this will get Emily Witcher's attention enough to at least give you a status update on your order. How to file a complaint - -Visit the Better Business Bureau page for filing complaints: https://www.bbb.org/file-a-complaint/ -Fill in the appropriate blanks and hit next. -When you search Project Undefined in Brandon, MS, it will say there is no business, so select the blue link, "File a Complaint against a business that BBB is not yet aware of." -Fill in the following information which is pictured, all of which is available publicly on yelp and for anyone that has ordered directly from Project Undefined. -Fill out and File your complaint and submit.

Customers are taking to their Facebook to warn others about this travesty of a "business". In fact, check out the Yelp page and the poor reviewer --- http://www.yelp.com/biz/project-undefined-brandon
Here was the excuse that started the onslaught. After 2.5 months of inactivity, not answering emails, facebook messages, or any form of contact from customers that had been politely asking where their orders were. Excuses much? It takes 2 seconds to hook onto Starbucks WiFi or anyone's for that matter and tell your customers you will be away because you lost your job and you are sorry. You don't wait for notices, PayPal locking you out, and disputes on claims to answer people.
The Truth About Project Undefined - PU, It Stinks!
We’re you one of the poor souls suckered into Emily Witcher’s evil scheme? https://www.facebook.com/jewels.projectundefined?fref=ts
This seemingly innocent business owner of the now notorious Project Undefined: https://www.facebook.com/ProjectUndefinedAccesories has swindled and scammed hundreds if not thousands of people on her alluring Facebook site.
This site promoted alternative lifestyles with inexpensive “vegan” makeup and laser cut accessories - but here is the truth.
1. The products are not Vegan. She admittedly used Carmine (animal byproduct) in some of the shadows and says its not lying, it is “marketing”.
2. She orders bulk products from China. By the sounds of it, not FDA approved or Vegan.
3. The true scandal - she has held up money from people for up to 3 months without sending their products. As offensive as the other two are, this is the worst - theft and fraud. When enough people spoke up, she closed her Facebook and disappeared. In the three months prior to shutting down, she stole money, she stopped posting on the page, and said she would get back to everyone but had personal issues. After many nearly gave up, she reappeared and said she had lost her job. Hello, if you lost your job, you have all the time in the world to answer customer inquiries and send packages!
4. When all of this was brought to her attention, she backlashes against clients, threatening them, sharing their pages and telling followers to harass them, and instantly deleted any questions or posts she didn’t like the sound of. She cussed people out, harassed them, and called them out on her page. Paying customers.
Conversations, first person accounts, and screencaps will be posted but buyer beware! Emily Witcher is the truest witch in ugliest form. Avoid this frigid creature and to all suffering - we hope you can get your money back! More to come, stay tuned.
