Well, today was supposed to be the last day of WABBIT premieres on Cartoon Network! But there’s GOOD NEWS! Apparently, the ratings for the show were so fantastic for the network that the folks above decided to continue airing the show on CN, as well as Boomerang as they initially intended! WOO-HOO!

So far, only 20 shorts have aired, but that’s only a drop in the bucket! A LOT more shorts are on the way, and they just get better and better!

Those first 20 shorts will be rerun for the next two weeks, then from October 15th onward, new shorts will premiere every Thursday night! So stay tuned for more Bugs Bunny shorts!

Here’s a few of my rough panels from one of the Wabbit shorts I boarded, “St. Bugs and the Dragon.” The designs for Sir Littlechin and the dragon weren’t ready when it was time to board, so using our initial pitch post-its as I guide, I drew temp designs for them. My dragon ended up looking more like the Reluctant Dragon, and Littlechin looked like Jay Leno crossed with John Cleese. Eventually the designers settled on their final design, with Littlechin going through a pretty drastic design change at the very last minute. There’s a LOT more shorts coming up! Stay tuned!

For all dem US peoples, first Wabbit episodes are gonna be on CN at 5pm (I don’t know with them US east and west and SPACE coast times, but I’m sure you can find out faster than me with a google) in case you wanna catch it.

I can’t watch it, cause I’m a darn Scandinavian fool. Catch it if you can! Good ratings tickle WB’s fancy.

There's been a LOOOT of space angel/ darvin shippy people on and off, thing iss it was mee and one other person who kind of decided on the space angel tag.. and I don't think it's used more than we did : p and none of my space angel art is up anymore except that one thing oops. So it never really caught on.. try the darvin tag (flooded with a bunch of other things as well but) or dig in the duck dodgers tag :V SORRY

but DON'T FEEL ALONE, the daff/marv ship has had plenty attention, just a little on and off :D
