Thereâs a version of this conversation that doesnât come from whatâs being shown, but from what isnât. The absence of something weâve gotten used to. The shift in patterns. The kind of consistency that once felt easy to follow suddenly feeling less clear. And when that happens, itâs very easy to read it as something being off, or even something being broken. We forget that it could also mean privacy is being pushed.
A lot of that comes from how quickly we attach meaning to change. When something feels steady, we learn how to read it. We get comfortable with it. So when that steadiness shifts, even slightly, it doesnât just feel different it feels like something is missing. And from what Iâve observed, thatâs usually where interpretation fills the gap. Not necessarily because anything definitive has happened, but because the absence itself creates space for people to try to explain it.
And sometimes, there isnât anything concrete to point to just silence; and that silence can create the feeling that something is missing, when in reality it can simply mean we donât have the same level of visibility we once did. And when visibility changes, so does the way patterns are perceived. What once felt consistent can start to feel unclear, not because itâs gone, but because itâs no longer being seen in the same way.
And I think thatâs where the understanding becomes harder to sit with. Because what feels like something being broken can also just be something becoming less visible. And those two things donât always mean the same thing. Sometimes, the hardest part isnât whatâs changed itâs not knowing how to read whatâs still there. Privacy should only have one meaning, yet we keep seeing it try to turn it into something else, and thatâs where it becomes exhausting.
I think we get tired, we want to see that happy ending. Not just because we may be at the end of a visible Polin in the seasons to come in Bridgerton but we care about Luke and Nicola.
We want whatâs best for them, we understand privacy and comfort for them. But at what price? Their careers? We get tortured by seeing what has been put out lately⌠they look tired, not themselves. This narrative canât be what they want to project, weâve seen their numbers. We have seen fan reactions⌠it feels like protection at this point. It better be worth it at the end of the day. I know why I am here, Iâm not leaving anytime soon. I just get a little chaoticâŚ
So excuse my messy self. I may just drop a thought, picture or ask a question - Iâm okay - I promise, just like most of you - tired. We want to see them happy, just doesnât feel like what we see is genuine, we saw genuine on the WT.
Silence can mean privacy and protection, just remember that as we go into this weekend. What we see may not be the full story so hold onto our patterns and observational notes⌠they may come in handy.

The narrative is setting up Carol and Manousos to be each other's rock/ besties, and I just know that as the series goes on, they are going to care deeply for each other. And I know that means they are going to deeply HURT one another emotionally, too.
Vince is going to destroy me at some point I just know it
Ahhhhh
*Two Coworkers are talking about the Malcom in the Middle Reboot*
Me: Ok brain, can we be normal about this? Because I would appreciate it if we can be normal about something related to TMBG.
Coworker: Is the theme song the same?
My brain: !
Me:
NO! And I hate whoever made that decision!
Anyway, scared my coworker.
My last gf had a love hate relationship with my tumblr. She loved the posts I made for her but she couldnât get the demons out of her head that all you horny girls out there were trying to get my attention. It was sad because I really was giving the few girls that tried the heisman.
But sheâs gone now, so where all you filthy girls at? Lmao!!

Love and thanks! â¤ď¸
I love how, after 1 and 2 dropped, the Good Omens fandom was all buzzing and screaming and spinning and crawling up the walls of our dark well, throwing around ideas, catching them in our teeth and swinging left and right.
After the elevator we just collectively went "ya it's Jesus or Aziraphale" and then we all went still, realising there's gonna be more Clues, cuz no way this is the end.
And now we wait for GOprime to throw another scrap of meat down into the well. We're still here. We're just anticipating
Slowly waking from a week long lethargy
Baring our teeth and mincing air like cartoon piranhas
