Brown hues widened a bit more, as he figured out who the person in front of him was, and as soon as he did a blush grew over pale flesh. âI should be apologizing more, Iâm sorry. I swear this wasnât how I imagined our first meeting going, but yet I guess here we are.â A sigh escaped his lips, knowing that he blew his first impression on the other by looking like a mess. A frown played on Dimitriâs face as he watched the other pulling off their shirt, before he was shaking his head slightly. âNo no, I canât ask for you to give me your shirt. I mean what if you get cold or something? Iâll hate for it to be my fault.â He said, as he lightly scoffed the floor with his water clogged shoe. âUh, I should introduce myself right? You already seen me looking not very well put together, and I donât know how much more I can mess this up. Right, Iâm Dimitri.â The brunette said, while holding out his free hand.
Atticus felt a smile tugging at their lips before they shook their head, âDonât bother apologizing, really. I donât mind that this is our first meeting it feels more...authentic?â they suggested even if the word felt wrong as he tried to think of which word would be right. However they reached out wrapping their hand around his, âIâm Atticus. But really I swear itâs okay for you to take my shirt. I mean what kind of fiance would I be if I allowed you to risk getting cold when clearly youâre the one more at risk of doing so. Iâm sure we can find a way for you to make it up to me.â If anything though the meeting between them was calming their nerves about their future together.
