Falling

Haven't taken my meds In 4 weeks and I've fallen into a self destructive " get out of my life" kinda mood. I just see myself and everyone around me more clearly and I'm trying to take the people that just feel sorry for me out of my life, a year of bull crap from a certain person, and i don't know, I think my mental pain is finally beating out my physical pain and that's a pretty bad thing.

So was happy for a while then a string of events broke the one thing that made me happy and now that person is gone and finding happiness with someone else........ And also my health keeps getting progressively worst the injections did nothing at all so now what? *shrugs* I don't know or even think I care anymore, I guess I'll just be going through the motions with everything since as soon as something gets good for me everything just falls apart and gosh darn it my health! I just really want to cry but I'm too desensitized to even cry anymore..

seriously the biggest concern I have about the zombie apocalypse is not having access to the meds I need. like. what would I do when I ran out? even with my meds my brain is fucked up but without them, and during the zombie apocalypse?? man I wouldn’t last very long or what about someone with chronic pain or asthma or some other chronic illness?? like someone with asthma without their inhaler during the apocalypse no one ever talks about disabled people during the apocalypse.
