how I be looking when I’m reading something and the reader calls the character ‘Daddy’

ok, so I don’t know a ton about dc but I consume a lot of Batfam media for a reason unclear to me and a thought struck me. What someone wrote a fic about a oc who was a protege of Batman and like a batgirl but she died when Jason did but she was older than him and dating dick when she died. So when she got resurrected she was taking care of Jason who was like mentally a teenager while struggling to find the courage to see Dick again. Since the lazerous pit like changed her and made her taller and super muscled despite being fully grown when she and Jason died and now she thinks Dick won’t love her anymore in this weird new body and it could be super angsty and when Jason and her’s identity are revealed to the bat fam again she realizes she didn’t need to worry because Dick strangely finds this new her even hotter than before.

He needs someone who’s not afraid to smack him if he says something stupid, mean, or prejudiced. Someone who can understand his issues but also tell him to buck up and grow a pair. And Sophie just won’t be able to do that. Fitz needs someone who can be as kind as Linh AND as strong as Marella, obviously not them though. He doesn’t deserve either of them. But still, he needs someone who can get a spray bottle and spray him with water when he’s being a bitch. But who can also comfort him when he’s in pain.

But seriously, hear me out. I think it would be adorable. That way they both have elven last names and I just feel like Grady and Edaline would love for them to take their last name. Even if Grady isn’t the hugest fan of That Boy, I feel like they’d both like Sophie taking their last name.

see what I’m getting at? I think it’s a cool parallel. Like Sophie ‘dated’ Fitz but she’s going to end up married to Keefe. Even if Bo and Ro don’t even like each other it’s till a cool parallel.

I know it’s a bit weird but can you see the vision? Plus in my story Jason used to have a crush on Lina but it kind of faded when she turned him down and then he met Piper, so he’s witnessing his best friend and ex-crush flirt with/threaten each other.
