I stared at my phone, it’s been 6 minutes since I left and I miss you already. I wanted to tell you, I really did. But I was scared to say it first. I know I send the first and last texts, I know that we are nothing more than friends. But I’m scared you’ll get the wrong idea. I don’t want to sound clingy, I don’t want to sound in love. I stare at the screen. New text. I miss you already. Oh. You felt the same. I realize that you and I understand each other differently. We are more than friends, but not at all lovers.
