Two weaknesses. Kitties and pizza
I was supposed to start whole 30 again today, then some pizza in our staff fridge foiled my plans... I am such a weak ass when it comes to pizza!! I especially free pizza!! It's just that much more delicious. I could have totally said, "fuck it" and used the rest of this day to binge... Rolling around in all the treats, but I made a choice to go for a run and continue my paleo ways. Maybe it was waking up at 445 am that had me making sleepy bad food choices, because I can usually say no. My lovely assistant manager caught me in the act of the pizza and was surprised. I usually always have bunny food and snacks, and I eat standing up most breaks, I like to be on the move: Anyways my point I am trying to make is even the most successful fitness leaders cave and I am choosing not to take my set back personally. We are human and tomorrow brings the first day of whole 30! I am sleepy already. Hug a kitty, have a treat and get back on track. One bad choice won't hurt, it's just a bunch of bad ones that will.
