26-year-old Jamarion Robinson’s grandmother Beverly Nixon said her grandson was bipolar and schizophrenic. Still got shot 76 (!!!) times. Would a white person get the same treatment?

The witness said he saw more than a dozen patrol cars at the complex where US Marshals killed Robinson on August 5, 2016. Why were there no behavioral specialist? Surely one of them would know how to interact with a bipolar schizophrenic better than the police.

I’m absolutely disgusted.

They’ve been protesting continuously (originally as a part of the Promote Positivity Movement - which they’re still connected to personally though not officially) at the Centennial Olympic Rings in Atlanta, GA since the beginning of the protests this summer.

And I mean: DAILY - out there with signs, food, snacks, masks (many used for outreach to the local homeless) every day for at least 2 hours, protesting in direct view of the APD and doing a daily speak out. Issues this summer included not only the litany of names for GA and other black victims of violence, but also related issues that disproportionately impact the community of black Americans: Covid, the census, voting rights, etc.

The founders, OfficialBrittJ and _ScorpionKing21 , have been working so hard alongside Monteria Robinson (Jamarion’s mom) to raise attention and awareness about Jamarion and so many other cases!
