It’s getting worse! I’ve suffered from an ED for over 10 years now. But with all the Intermittent Fasting and Clean Eating nonsense, it’s too easy to slip into this disorder. And it’s dangerous that no one even cares anymore. If you’ll post your snack salad on Instagram, there are thousands of people who will applaud. If you’ll fast for hours, your friends will envy your will power because suddenly weight loss is a symbol of success, it’s a lifestyle. And to be honest, I’m really scared how this will end.
