truly hurts my soul that my gorgeous girl does not see how wonderful and full of light and love and joy they are :( she is my whole world and universe and every single star and they deserve to see that and love themselves with their whole!!! entire!!! heart!!!

sometimes i have to remember how lucky i am, like even the littlest things are a privilege to have and i am ever so greatful

i sometimes realise that my bpd affects me more than i think and im like,,, wow sometimes i am the most awful person in the entire universe

when i lie in bed covered in blankets so cold i am shaking, am i sick enough for you? when my clothes loosen and i sob over the feeling of them falling, do i deserve your attention yet? when i am in so much pain i pray to not wake up, am i in need of your help? when i feel my memory slipping away and paranoia creeping in, will you hold me and remind me anyway? when i can’t speak and can barely move because to do so costs energy i don’t have, am i worthy of your time? when im choking down pills and my hands shake so badly i cant move them, will you let me panic by your side? when all i can do is cry, will you let me rest my head on your lap? when im begging for attention and help, will you finally put me at the top of your list?
