Reals and Fakes

As weeks pass by, I get to discover new things in life—good and bad, I’m glad I have experienced the bitter and sweet taste of life, and learned a lot from it. I am very grateful that you became part of it and shared this journey with me. You might be unaware of your influence that helped me see things in another way. You have always been appreciative of whatever I look and of my little victories even though sometimes I feel a little insecure and unworthy. There was never a time that you tolerated any of my negativities but reminded me to always look at the brighter side, enjoy the rewards of life, and find joy in simple things. Just by hearing your voice, I know I will always be appreciated by you. Just by seeing you, I know I will always have someone to grow old with. Just by sitting beside you, I know I will always have someone to lean on and share my dreams. Just by holding your hand, I know I will never be alone in this journey. Just by hugging you, I know I will always have a place to rest, a home to keep me safe. Just by kissing you, I know that i will always be loved, and treasured. To my dearest, you have always been patient with me for half a year. You know there’s always a room for improvement and believe that I can always do better. Words are not enough to express how much of a wonderful person and important you are to me. I will never get tired of loving you. I love you to the moon and back. Always yours, T

She needed time. She needed space. She needed to breathe. She needed to contemplate. She needed to be isolated to figure things out while watching the rain fall from the mad sky. She got better and went straight home.
