Practice for the (He)art

I observe that it is common for it to be harsher as we are older. Most of my friends expressed the same (but my data is limited, so take it with a grain of salt). I started experiencing it myself once I entered my 30s. When I was in my 20s, I barely felt anything, and my mood was rarely affected by it. Now in my 30s, my mood is definitely affected by it. I get so emotional and the depression can be so bad, which I hate since I really, really hate having out of control intense emotions (I need to always be able to control myself (one guess as to why I am attached to Solus lol)). The pain is quite annoying too these days I have to use hot compress to make it bearable. Such is the fate for us uterus-owners.

I literally have the same experience - I always experienced hellish periods, but now in my 30s I am literally not the same person when I have pms - I feel like I am going crazy! Pain and mood swings are keeping me from normal life for a week every month. And every doctor is "prescribing" pregnancy 🤡

I'm so done with this week, both late shift last monday and today with annoying coworker, I'm on reserve for the late shift on friday and I have a saturday shift
