Iβm asexual so I exist lol
currently not in a very good shape. My ankle injury has acted up again aside from my spinal injury. Just a heads up that both injuries were attained when I was doing sports when I was 13-16 years old. I'll be 23 this March by the way so you guys can probably tell its almost a decade since my injuries.
However, aside from that, one good thing today was that I was able to resist food and not think about food from 630am to 12pm :) that was a start and I will not stop until I'm clean from all these nonsense!! Hope you guys are doing great too!!
its been so long since ive ever typed here. I haven't been doing so because I was honestly really busy with work. And with me being busy with work, comes in the "substitution" of eating because im mainly focused on work. its a plus because there was once where I did lose about 1kg in a day, it is lretty awesome and definitely felt it in me.
Its been a journey while chatting with some of you guys here. And I just wanted to say thank you for sharing with me what you have done, what your goals are and how you guys are coping with them, because there is so much to learn about. And by sharing, new methods and advise are known and to be learnt by each other.

New Update on what I have discovered
Hey friends, for the past few days, even before Christmas, I was on a journey on thinking and diary-ing on why I eat certain timings as such. Here is what I have found out/discovered about myself.
1. Emotional eating - when I am stressed and tired, I would eat and basically snack on things that was within reach and consume.
|How I would counter this: I would ask myself the following question: "Am I hungry? Do I need this right now?" If my answer is no , I won't consume it and just focus on my liquids. If my answer is so-so OR maybe, I would time myself for an hour and not think about it. After that hour, I would ask myself the same question. The answer is 'no', I won't eat it. The answer is 'yes', that is proper hunger and I would consume it SLOWLY.
|What I have done recently: For the past week days before Christmas, this habit of mine that I have picked up is that I would NOT finish any of my meals. Meaning there would be leftovers on my plate/bowl etc. The only thing that I WOULD and WILL finish are my liquids (tea, water, coffee and another add-on soup). So far this method have been quite the challenge but it is working fine.
I have realised that after these objectives in mind, I would be able to reach my goal before February of 2022. There are more things for me to work on and discover and learn about myself when it comes to my eating habits. Hope that somehow these would help.
