Also yeah, I heard the unfortunate news of the real life Tsurumaru Tsuyoshi passing away.

Out of all the Golden Generation members (asides from Phalaenopsis), Tsurumaru was one of my favs alongside Special Week. Even though he didn’t have that much G1 wins, he still managed to beat a bunch of other great racehorses. Plus in Umamusume as well, Tsuru’s personality was really cute.

Even with his weak body, he still managed to live until 31 years old. That’s pretty impressive and honestly, Tsurumaru would’ve been so proud of that achievement as well.

May he rest in peace.
