And that’s a wrap! I can’t believe we only have two open characters left. That’s really amazing, and I can’t thank you all enough for getting to this stage. This is shaping up to be a very fun, close-knit group, and I think I speak for a number of us when I say there’s a definite sense of enjoyment and creativity on the dashboard. Keep it up!

Our next acceptances will take place next Monday, the 22nd, GMT+11.

Our first event will be posted once our partnered threads start wrapping up. For the new characters, please find your partners and your prompts below. As we are still uneven for numbers, I will nominate Seamus for a partnered thread (hope you don’t mind!). Remember that you can use either the spell or phrase as a prompt for your thread. Your thread should also help the Resistance in some way, such as a chore or task. Get creative!

If you have not been accepted you are more than welcome to reapply. I can provide some feedback to unsuccessful applicants. If you have been accepted, please make your account and send it in. Be sure that your URL is identifiable with your character; that your theme is accessible; and your submit and ask boxes are open. Thank you!

We are a literate, multi-para group. This means your replies should be at least two paragraphs minimum. I don’t mind if you use resources or not! Personally I add gifs just because it’s habit, but I could happily go without resources to only focus on the writing. You can use gifs, gif icons, icons... anything you like. The only thing I stipulate is that if you do choose to use a model FC, you do have access to some resources, if only in the event you’d like to match your partner. Otherwise you can use gif icons against gifs, gifs against icons, whatever. Primarily, however, you should keep in mind that we are highly literate, and I would expect all threads to be of sizable lengths with an emphasis on plot and character development.

Hello, all! It’s acceptance day today. The submit box will close in roughly six hours from now. It may be seven, as I have some things to do, but acceptances will be posted this evening, GMT+11. Good luck to all participants!

Good evening, everyone! Just a friendly reminder that if you have not started writing yet, you should do soon as soon as possible. Be sure to also check out our starter tag -- #potter:start -- if you want to jump into a thread. You should also have made contact with your partner for the thread. I’m loving the dashboard at the moment. Don’t be afraid to post starters for absolutely anything! Flashbacks, AUs... go for it.

On a similar note, acceptances are tomorrow! The submit box will close in the evening, GMT+11, and will reopen with the acceptances once they’re done. I would really, really love to see an application for Neville Longbottom or Blaise Zabini. If you’re considering applying for a character, think of those two as well!

Our first event will be coming up soon. As some of you may have noticed on the dashboard, a party will be in the works, thanks to Ron and Seamus... It’s highly likely, though, that something will disrupt the fun and throw the group back into the war. If you have any suggestions as to what the first serious mission will be, please shoot them my way!
