I think a lot of the lgtbq serial killers(and some non lgtbq) became killers and r*pists and such because they were abused or outcasts for their desires, sometimes even by the people who claimed to be an ally. They didn't have a safe place to explore themselves, and ended up forcing their desires on others because they thought that was their only option.
