A summary: Sypha is a long time friend of three people. All three people have been manipulated, used, gaslighted and invalidated by her. Invalidation of triggers, being forced into corners and afraid of speaking up, sent nsfw when non complying, guilt tripped heavily when opposing her or doing something wrong, used for therapy, and more. We have linked a google doc below explaining this.

Reach out to those you know with a chronic illness (but ALWAYS be sure to ask if it is okay. for some people talking about their illnesses is traumatizing and personal. others (like me) are okay with it!

     You can say no and the other person should respect that. 

     If they don’t agree with you saying no to something, then fucking run. 

     As with my previous rant about IC and OOC being separate and that fiction is fiction so whatever can be written, we need to also remember that saying no is fine and nobody should put you down nor attack you for it. 

     If you are in a situation where somebody says you have to do X or Y and you really don’t want to, or that it is heading that way, you can always say no. You can back out. You can propose things going a different way even. You don’t have to do whatever somebody says.

     You are in your right to say no. You are in your right to back away from somebody’s role play if it is not how things should be going nor how you want it to go.*

     Yes, it can be hard to say no. It can be scary. You may fear the response. But you are still within your right to just say ‘no, I don’t want X to happen’. Bring it up. If somebody starts whining or trying to force something then back away because that is fucking toxic. 

     This is role play. It is made up. If somebody starts trying to get their way then they are wrong. You can say no. You can say no. You can fucking say no. Especially if it relates to a squick, trigger, permanent harm or even death.

     You are always within your right to just say no. Remember this.

       In order to fix this, please make sure that you make sure that your "show a link to this page" option is ON, like seen below (excuse the dark mode). Make sure to also add something in the URL so that the link can be shown. This allows mobile users to view your pages without going into desktop mode- which is not available on some mobile devices and is usually hard to navigate either way.
