I made basil salt. My house smells so good. My basil had gone crazy so I harvested about a cup of basil, packed it into a blender jar, and blitzed it with 1/2 cup kosher salt and then spread it out on a parchment lined sheetpan and roasted it at 225 degrees til it was all dried out, about an hour.

Once it gets hot here I cannot keep up with a happy basil plant so I always wind up wasting it. I look forward to using it🌱

🚨UPDATE: Just sprinkled some of this on a bowl of watermelon and pineapple and good grief is it good🙀

No date is given, but my guess is June 98.

The writer flexes on and on about how Superstars Magazine has an EXCLUSIVE getting to spend ALL DAY with the lads, but then doesn't really give us that much. Did they just ignore him all day?! Anyway...

Highlights:

- J is the one who came up with the name Five and states that of anyone ever left, they'd no longer be Five (he's RIGHT).

- Sean prefers the prodigy over Oasis

- Ritchie says Take That is their greatest influence

- Abz loves the Italian fans who have given him a hundred or so Baci chocolates and lollipops "This is my home!"
